This time I will discuss How to Handle Complaints Against Network Disorder, for example, there is a user / your company customers complained about network problems, we as IT (Information Technology) in the company we need to take steps to handle the problems that occur, for the stage I use is as follows :



Analyze : In the problems that occur we must analyze what are the likely causes of problems that occur that complained by our users or others

Checking : Perform checking stages of possible causes of problems in the search whether the network check by monitoring, cable checking, checking other tools and other possibilities that can happen

Action : After finding the cause of the problem, we perform the steps to make up according to the problem we face


Note:

Try to describe or re-explain the problem in the complaint by the user that is easily understood by our users, so that the problems that users experience in the direction of our understanding.

We recommend that in the company as IT (Information Technology) we should make a sheet or a website which contains information or basic knowledge about IT (IT Tips) so that all employees or step in your company can understand about the basics of IT (Information Technology)
